WiG Task Protocol: Coeditors of the WiG Newsletter
The WiG Newsletter is published four times per year. All issues are e-publications and each new issue is available on a password-protected area of the Women in German website. Members receive notification by email (which includes access information and passwords) when a new issue is out. A subscription to the WiG Newsletter is automatically a part of WiG membership.
Deadlines: For the fall (September) issue, August 1; for the winter (January) issue, November 1; for the spring (March) issue, February 1; for the summer (June) issue, May 30.

- Send out email reminders regarding membership renewal and dues, which entails working with WiG treasurer.
- Update contact information for WiG officers, including Steering Committee members, president, president-elect, Webmistresses, Treasurer, Yearbook Co-editors.
- Report on Newsletter at Conference Business Meeting.
- Produce a postcard announcing conference. Postcard must be designed, printed and mailed first-class to members in June or July.
The editors meet with the Steering Committee and other WiG officers the day before the annual WiG Conference to conduct any necessary business related to the Newsletter.
