Travel and Transportation Information

Yarrow Golf and Conference Center is located 20 miles (35 minutes) from the Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport. It is a one-hour drive from Lansing, and a two-hour drive from the Detroit airport. You can access driving directions at their website.

Shuttle to/from Kalamazoo-Battle Creek International Airport (AZO)

WIG will provide a shuttle between the airport and conference site on Thursday, October 21, and on Sunday, October 24. The trip is 20 miles and takes approximately 35 minutes.

If you would like to use the shuttle, please email your flight information details (flight # and time of arrival/departure) to Liz Mittman (mittman(AT)msu.edu) no later than October 4.

Shuttles will run on Thursday between 12 noon and 9:00 PM, and on Sunday between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

If your flight requires a shuttle at any other time, you will need to arrange our own transportation. You can order a private shuttle in advance from Dream Limousine or Leisure Limousine & Sedan. It may be just as economical to take a cab from the airport to Yarrow.
