Registration Reimbursement
| Graduate students who have an official role at the conference will receive their meals and housing paid for by the conference (as presenters at or organizers of in discussion sessions or poster sessions, steering committee members, or conference organizers.)
Housing will be the amount of half of a shared double room in the lodge for all three nights. Official participants should book their rooms in the regular way, securing the reservation by credit card; the conference will pay the housing allotment directly to the Park. Graduate students who attend the conference but do not have an official role may request partial reimbursement, to be paid after the conference; but we cannot promise that there will be funds available; the number of students reimbursed is based on need and on the WiG bank balance after conference bills have been paid.
