We will provide shuttle service between Tucson International Airport and Rio Rico Resort.
A van can pick you up on Thursday at 12:00, 2:30, 5:00, 7:30, and 10:00 PM and on Sunday beginning in the morning until 1:00 PM. Please try to schedule return flights after 9:00 AM on Sunday. Should you need to contact the site organizer because of delays or a missed pick-up, please call the resort at 1-800-288-4746/ 520-281-1901 and leave a message for Barbara Kosta or call 520-603-5923.

Please note: Flights booked to Phoenix can be much cheaper than flights to Tucson.
From the Phoenix Skyharbor airport you can take the Arizona Shuttle to Tucson for $43.00 round trip. The trip one-way is approximately 2 hours. We can arrange to pick you up at the university shuttle stop at the Circle K on 6th Street. To contact the Arizona Shuttle, call 1-800-888-2749 or http://www.arizonashuttle.com.

If you are flying into Tucson, the pick-up area will be at the information desk next to the American Airlines baggage claim.

If you are a student or un/underemployed and would like help to cover travel expenses (especially for long distances), we will make an effort to reimburse a portion of your costs. Please indicate the cost of round-trip airfare from your home to the conference and submit receipt when available. $____________________________

In the past many Wiggies have opted to rent cars. We encourage you to do so again since this gives you independence and reduces our transportation costs. If possible, please organize a carpool to the resort. Budget rental is offering discounts. Call 1-800-279-3734 and give them the following code: Z192. Please Note: Budget has offered us the use of the van for free, if they have 20 z-code rentals.

If you are willing to carpool, please indicate time of arrival and departure above and specify carpool.

Location: Rio Rico Resort is located 45 minutes south of Tucson. Exit Tucson International Airport (Tucson Blvd.) and turn left onto Valencia Rd. which intersects with Highway 19. Take Highway 19 south toward Nogales and then exit 17 to the Rio Rico Resort.
