Conference Registration

This applies to everyone who attends the conference. Early-bird registration is before September 10, otherwise you will be assessed an additional $25.00.

Early Bird (before Sept. 10): Employed $50.00 Student/Underemployed $30.00
After September 10: Employed $75.00 Student/Underemployed $55.00

You must be a member of WiG to attend the conference. Application forms for membership are available on the WiG Website (www.womeningerman.org). Please send your membership dues (or inquires about fees) separately to:

Accomodations at Rio Rico Resort

This year, you will be booking your room directly through the resort. The following prices include overnight accommodation(s), meals, break and use of a number of resort facilities. Payment is made directly to the resort. Please indicate your roommate preference(s) at time of booking and please make reservations by September 18. If you do not have a roommate, and are willing to share a room, please let reservations know that you would like to be paired with someone. Please call the resort at: 1-800-288-4746. Check in at 4:00 on October 17, 2002.

Day Registration

This includes meals, one break and use of a number of resort facilities. For those who will not be staying at the resort, please check the meals you will be taking at the resort. Return form by September 18, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

Cancellation Policy

· Cancellations made before October 5 will be refunded in full.
· Cancellations made after October 5 will be assessed a processing fee of $30.00.
· Except in cases of extreme emergency, registration fees will not be refunded after the conference has begun.

Weather

Rio Rico is located in the Sonoran Desert. In October, the daily temperatures are usually in the 80s, and once the sun goes down it gets chilly. The nights are generally in the 50s.
