Conference Registration: This applies to everyone who attends the conference. Early-bird registration is before September 10, otherwise you will be assessed an additional $25.00.

Rio Rico Resort: This year, you will be booking your room directly through the resort. The following prices include overnight accommodation(s), meals, snacks and use of a number of resort facilities. Payment is made directly to the resort. Please indicate your roommate preference(s) at time of booking and please make reservations by September 18. Cancellation Policy:
Weather: Rio Rico is located in the Sonoran Desert. In October, the daily temperatures are usually in the 80s, and once the sun goes down it gets chilly. The nights are generally in the 50s.
