Traveling to the Conference
Banff is located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, in Banff National Park, Alberta. There is much to explore, so you may wish to travel by car. Driving directions can be found here: http://www.banffcentre.ca/about/directions-maps/. Note: Because Banff is located in a national park, you must pay a parks fee upon entry. Parking is free at the Banff Centre.
There is only one airport for arrivals to Banff, and that is Calgary International Airport (YYC), which is 148 km / 92 miles from the Banff Centre.
Shuttles to the conference on Thursday and returning to the airport on Sunday will be available. Please send your itineraries to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you wish to travel at a different time or day, you may arrange your own shuttle through Banff Airporter.
Check back for more information on shuttle arrangements.
